Our partner, Moja - Stitch for education, got funds to send a container full of equipment to the organization for our project to make an innovation center and open a preschool.

School uniforms

Every year we have an event donating school uniforms and stationery to children from Soweto. This event is proudly sponsored by Chriss Husein, Joni and Sonya. They are all former volunteers in SYI, and come together to donate to this event every year.

Cemented and dry

Cementing of the playground

Renovation of the entire floor in the playground was sponsored by some of our volunteers from Spain, Clara and Jose. Before, the floor consisted of small stones, but now everything is cemented and dry for the children to play on!
